Tony Montana saves the day

It was a rather mixed day at Chester yesterday with Copper Knight just being denied in the first race at 12/1. before King Of Angels just getting run out of the frame by a quarter of a length after running a gallant race to finish 4th.

The 3rd race saw Witness Stand finish 2nd to the Sir Michael Stoute trained favorite Never So brave.

Harpers Ferry yet again played up and wouldn’t load in the 3.05  kicking a stalls handler in the process so we didnt have a runner in that. Things went downhill after that in the next as the Hugo Palmer runner L’Astronome finished last before the Michael ell trained runner, Tony Montana, ridden y David Egan duly obliged winning well at 8/1.

The last race saw my nap of the day Filiustering, run a poor race, to finish well beat and to me didnt seem to handle the track.
